Why We Built Stacked Routine
The wellness industry spent the last decade building incredible products for women. Adaptogens, hormonal balance, gut health, personalized nutrition. Women deserved it. The investment changed millions of lives.
Men got protein powder and pre-workout.
I kept asking the same question: why is nobody building for the other 23 hours of a man's day? Sleep quality, stress regulation, hormonal recovery, cognitive clarity. These are not niche concerns. They are the foundation everything else sits on. And the entire supplement industry was ignoring them.
So I stopped waiting for someone else to build it and built a company focusing on creating high-quality supplements targeted for men seeking daily optimization.
Where the Research Led
When I started mapping what "daily optimization" actually means for men, every path led back to the same place. Not energy. Not focus. Not performance. Sleep. Specifically, what happens to cortisol and testosterone between 10pm and 2am.
